They jacked up the prices on food and lowered the discount and now Shreveport is looking better since I'm still getting free rooms and free food there. They quit sending free rooms based on your play, because the new rewards system started over. So they changed the player card, which caused all your points to go away. We decided to eat at the Asian restaurant instead, but it closed at 7pm! What restaurant closes at 7pm? So then we went to eat at the Blue Moon café only to discover that those prices have gone up as well. I get free buffets in Shreveport, but Choctaw is giving people a 10% discount only. That's the same price as the casinos in Shreveport that serve crab legs and steak and Choctaw didn't change the food. They've jacked the prices up to $21/24 for dinner and the discount is now 10%. The buffet used to be half price for players club members and we could eat the buffet for $7 or $8. We always felt the extra distance was worth it, but this last trip was a huge disappointment. I always loved the layout and machines much more than Shreveport which is only 90 minutes from me and Durant is 3 hours. I've been going to Choctaw for several years.
